Woody L. Hunt is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Hunt Companies, Inc., and its affiliated companies, a privately held diversified investment, real estate development, design-build, construction management and asset/property management holding company. He also serves as Chairman of the Hunt Family Foundation, a private family foundation he and his wife Gayle, established in 1987.
Woody graduated with honors from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, and he subsequently received his MBA in Finance from UT. Woody also earned an MA Degree in Management from the Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University in Claremont, California.
Woody joined the company in 1968 as Treasurer, and was named CEO in 1977.
In addition to his duties with Hunt, Mr. Hunt is Chairman of the Texas Governor's Business Council; founding chairman and current board member of the Medical Centers of Americas Foundation in El Paso; member of the Texas Advisory Committee on Higher Education Cost Efficiencies; member of the Board of Visitors of the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center-Houston; founding member of the Paso del Norte Group in El Paso where he now serves on the Executive Committee; member of the Development Board at the University of Texas at El Paso; member of the Development Board for the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center at El Paso; and member of the National Board of the Fund for the Improvement of Postsecondary Education (FIPSE).
He was previously the Vice-Chairman of The University of Texas System Board of Regents; served seven years, three as Chairman, on the Board of Directors of The University of Texas Investment Management Company (UTIMCO); was chairman of the Texas Select Commission on Higher Education and Global Competitiveness; was a member of the Commission for College Ready Texas and the Texas Tax Reform Commission; and was the founding chairman of the Paso del Norte Health Foundation. He was a member of the Board of Directors and chairman of the Finance Committee of PNM Resources in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and has served on numerous other civic, non-profit and professional boards.
Hunt's CEO has been inducted into the El Paso Business Hall of Fame, has received the El Paso Rotary Club's Distinguished Service Award, and the City of El Paso's Conquistador Award. Woody was also an El Paso County Historical Society Honoree. He was named Top Newsmaker by the El Paso Times and named El Pasoan of the Year by the El Paso Inc.

Chris Hunt is President and CEO for Hunt Development Group, LLC, an affiliate of Hunt Companies, Inc., for which Chris serves as Chief Investment Officer. He also serves as Chief Investment Officer of Hunt subsidiary, TRECAP Partners, which provides real estate investment management and advisory services for institutional investors. Additionally, he is a member of TRECAP’s Board of Directors and serves as Chairman of the firm’s Investment Committee.
Hunt Development focuses on public-private ventures, value-added asset management, development, and financial services. Under Chris' leadership the division has successfully procured over 39,000 units of privatized military family housing with development costs of over $5.7 billion. 15 of these 26 privatization projects have already been completed. Other forms of public private ventures include the Ford Island master development agreement.
In addition to military development experience, Chris oversees Hunt's private market real estate development and acquisition activities, which includes market rate residential properties and mixed-use retail developments. He is responsible for establishing relationships with development and financial partners.
Chris has a BA in Economics and an MBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.

William Kell serves as Chief Financial Officer of Hunt Companies, Inc., and its affiliated companies. Hunt Companies, Inc. and its affiliated companies are a privately held diversified investment, real estate development, design-build, construction management and asset/property management holding company. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the company since 2004, and currently serves as the Board's Treasurer. In addition, William serves as Chairman of the company's Finance Committee.
William graduated from Texas Tech University with a BBA and is a Certified Public Accountant.
He joined Hunt in 2003 as an Executive Vice President in the Asset Management Division. Prior to coming to Hunt, William had over 23 years of business, real estate, and financial experience, including over eleven years in the REIT industry and six years with a national "Big 4" accounting firm.

Joshua W. Hunt is Senior Vice President for Hunt Development Group, LP (HDG), a Hunt Companies, Inc. affiliated company. Hunt Companies, Inc. and its affiliated companies are a privately held diversified investment, real estate development, design-build, construction management and asset/property management holding company. In addition, Mr. Hunt is Managing Director of Hunt Holdings, an investment company focused on venture capital and non-real estate private equity investing, and President of the Hunt Family Foundation, a private family foundation.
Josh Hunt graduated from The Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate/Finance and also earned an MS Degree, with honors, in Real Estate and Construction Management from the Daniels School of Business at the University of Denver.
Mr. Hunt chairs the Public Policy/Communications Committee and is a member of the Technology and Finance Committees for Hunt Companies, Inc.; he serves on the Board of Directors of Hunt Communities, LLC where he is a member of the Executive Committee and is also a member of the HDG Investment Committee.
In addition to his duties at Hunt, Josh serves as Chairman of the Junior Achievement of the Desert Southwest; member of the Governing Board of the El Paso Chamber of Commerce; member of the Board of Directors of the El Paso Independent School District Education Fund; member of the Board of Directors of the Sun Bowl Association; and a member of the Paso del Norte Group.

Doug Tibbetts is founder and Chief Executive Officer of TRECAP Partners. He serves on the firm's Board of Directors, Investment Committee (Chairman) and Management Committee. During a 30-year career, he has invested on behalf of major institutions in public and private real estate markets in both debt and equity, as well as directed major property management and mortgage servicing businesses. Tibbetts was president of Equitable Real Estate Investment Management, Inc. (1989-1998), the nation's largest institutional investment manager during the 1990s with $40 billion in assets under management for more than 300 plan sponsors, insurers and foreign investors.
During his career, Tibbetts has served on boards and advisory committees of the National Realty Committee, Society of Industrial & Offices Realtors, Texas Commerce Bank, Medical City Dallas, Chicago Title, and CREW. He has been a practitioner/lecturer at the University of Georgia and Robert A. Tiogo Foundation Mentor Program at Clark Atlanta University.
Tibbetts received his BBA in economics and marketing from Stetson University.

Eileen Byrne is an independent director for TRECAP Partners. She serves on the Board's Audit and Communication Committees.
Byrne retired from BlackRock in 2008 as Global Head of Real Estate Account Management and currently advises real estate firms on organization, investment and product strategy.
Byrne's nearly 35-year career in real estate began as a policy analyst for the City and County of Denver and later a development officer for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. At the Denver Partnership, she was responsible for downtown redevelopment projects in the mid 1980s, before starting her own consulting firm, which was bought by Townsend in 1998. She served as a Townsend principal until 2004 when she moved to BlackRock.
Byrne holds a BA from Marymount College and MS from Florida State University.

Bob Fabiszewski is an independent director for TRECAP Partners. He serves on the Board's Finance and Communication Committees.
Fabiszewski has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience with both debt and equity investments. Prior to March 2011, he was an Executive Vice President/Managing Director for TRECAP Partners where he oversaw portfolio and asset management for existing funds and separate accounts. He headed Capmark/GMAC Commercial Mortgage's Real Estate Equity Group beginning in 1996 and was instrumental in building the company's funds management business. From 1982 to 1996, Fabiszewski was responsible for the acquisition and underwriting of real estate investments for The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company.
Fabiszewski holds a B.S. in Finance from LaSalle University. He is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers and has lectured for the Mortgage Bankers Association of America on real estate finance and negotiation skills.

Michael Giliberto is an independent director for TRECAP Partners. He serves on the Board's Finance and Communications Committees.
A well-known industry research analyst and leading portfolio manager, Giliberto heads a real estate consulting business, S. Michael Giliberto & Co., Inc., and is an adjunct professor at Columbia University's Graduate School of Business. From 1996 until 2010, he was a managing director responsible for real estate multi-strategy products at JP Morgan, overseeing portfolios totaling $30 billion in gross assets. In 1993, he established the Giliberto-Levy Index, a highly-regarded and often cited industry benchmark for measuring the quarterly returns of institutional, commercial grade whole mortgage loans. Before joining JP Morgan, Giliberto had been head of real estate research at Lehman Brothers and Salomon Brothers. Previously, he was a business management professor at Southern Methodist University.
Giliberto was awarded a PhD in finance from the University of Washington, an MA in business economics from the University of Hartford, and an undergraduate degree from Harvard University. He holds the Counselor of Real Estate designation and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
